This method of therapy can significantly help overcome some of these issues:
- Depression, loneliness shame, or low self-esteem
- Anxiety, such as chronic worrying, panic attacks, phobias, shyness, PTSD

What is T.E.A.M. Therapy:
It is a highly innovative and powerful form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that builds upon evidence based treatments to enhance the effectiveness of outcomes. The goal is to help you recover and achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
T = Testing: I will measure your mood/symptoms at the beginning and end of each session using brief accurate scales to make sure you are meeting your goals. You will also rate me on empathy, warmth and understanding, and helpfulness at the end of each session.
E = Empathy: I will do my best to be accurate, compassionate, understanding of what you are saying and experiencing without judgment.
A = Agenda Setting: You might WANT to change, but feel that something is holding you back. I will help you pinpoint precisely why you’ve been stuck, and boost your motivation to change your life. We will work on problems that upset you the most and that YOU want to change.
M = Methods: The heart of TEAM therapy lies in the more than 50 methods that can help you defeat the negative thoughts, beliefs, and behavior patterns that have kept you from being happy.
