MBSR Classes Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is an 8 week group program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD at the University of Massachussetts. Participants increase mind and body awareness through body scanning, gentle yoga, and mindfulness meditation. To find a class near you, visit
